One two, one two, test, test…

I’m doing some recording tests these days to show some videos featuring my new guitars.
Not an easy task! I’m looking for a «sound», the right and natural one, giving a good idea.
I would like also to provide different sound perspectives. Well, looking foward and hope to be back in a near future with the result…

Finishing going on…

My next upcoming guitar should be ready by the mid of august , a spruce/honduran rosewood Morency model.

I will be glad to show you that one by appointment.

Cheers…

Yamaha to upgrade

I have a 1972 Yamaha classical guitar with a beautiful set of Brazilian rosewood for the back & sides. Having once owned a similar model on which I made a number of modifications and various experiments, so it is for me a familiar instrument, and with whom I am very confident to get a very interesting result.
The work involves a new spruce top, ebony fingerboard, probably some work at the head / neck, and topped off with a French polish. The end result should give a very fine instrument at a nice price tag.
If I have already a few guitarists who have expressed their interest to see and hear the result, I would like to add few more people to this list before beginning the restoration. Send me a little word about that if you’re interested!
